Website redirecting to Test Site, unable to login

    Hello, this morning our website seems to have gone down and is now redirecting to our Test site. We are unable to log in to our WordPress dashboard as well. We’ve determined that this is not a server issue after speaking with our host.

    • check in the options table of your production site’s database to see what is set for site url
    • check for any redirects in htaccess file for production site or any other tools that might be redirecting

    You need to double check your site. Contact your hosting company as well. These days many of WordPress sites are facing hacking issue that starts from redirections. I have already faced this issue with my client site.

    @billycarter I already checked with host, they said there is nothing wrong on their end. I cannot log into my admin dashboard, this is part of the issue.

    Did you added your site to Cloudflare?

    Please check your .htaccess file if you’re using Apache. Is there any code that makes redirection to the test site?

    Or please check some plugins that can also make redirection such as Yoast, Rankmath, Redirection, etc.
