Website Redirect to New Installation Page After Migrating to New Server

I bought a new VPS server and migrated my blog and other sites to the new server. After I changed the nameservers and the nameserver propagated correctly, when I enter my domain name, it would redirect me to wordpress new installation page asking me to wp-admin/install.php as if it was a newly installed wordpress blog.

I don’t know what to do at this moment and I need your advice.

Please someone should tell me exactly what to do to correct this
