    I have an account with a website on wordpress but I don’t have the e-mail address and the password is incorrect. How can I recover my account ?

  • Did you cloak your wp-admin portal? I attempted to access it through https://www.freezpen.com/wp-admin, but got a 404 error.

    It looks like you have Google analytics installed: “<script type=”text/javascript” charset=”utf-8″ async=”” data-requirecontext=”_” data-requiremodule=”//www.google-analytics.com/analytics.js” src=”//www.google-analytics.com/analytics.js”></script>”

    See if you can log onto that page and use it to retrieve your email. In many cases the admin will use the same address for both WP and GA.

    ok, it works. I can go in the dashboard by this link. But I have another problem: I can’t change de password. I tried to change the password in the settings but when I log out and I tried to log in on wordpress website ( wordpress.com), I can’t. They tell me that the password is incorrect. How to do to change the password to be able to log in wordpress.com
