Website Re-Building Issues

Hello World~ !!!
Long story short, some (big and really unfortunate) issues happened with my website, forcing me to re-build it from scratch
Unfortunately, there are some elements that I cannot seem to be able to bring back
Even though I try to modify every elements regarding the top header, I cannot seem to be back on that display (fortunately I had video captured some bits of my website) :
What should be the exact settings for me to be back on that display, because the header doesn’t seem to appear as you can see through my website link (even though I did try to upload the SAME header image in each header categories to make it work… seems like it supposed to be the bottom of the top-header) ?
Actually for some reason, the image I’ve uploaded for the header does appear in the page related to “Who’s hiding”, that I didn’t change the link yet… I’m confused
Additionally, how can I do to have my website page PERFECTLY centered ?… I had done it in the past as well, but apparently it seems like I cannot do it anymore, even though I did try to tweak some settings here and there
