Website Ranking Under Different Search Terms and Having Two Seperate Meta Tags

We currently have a website under the name ‘The Holla Agency’. When we search under ‘The Holla Agency’ in Google our website comes up as the top result.

Is it possible to also rank under another search term? We want to be able to rank under the search term ‘Customer IQ’ and have different meta description showing but keep our existing website.

So ideally we want to have two different meta tags for our website. One that will correspond with the search term ‘The Holla Agency’ and one that corresponds with the search term ‘Customer IQ’ showing a different meta tag description.

We are currently using the yoast SEO plugin to add our meta tags, if you could please send me through instructions on how to achieve two different meta tags for two different search terms that would be great.
