• Hi guys,

I recently updated our plugins and for some reason the website has stopped functioning properly, no pages load and no content is display.

The url is https://allstone.net.au/ < as you can see, its completely switched off.

Can anyone please help with this?

    Thank you!

The problem seems to be with one of your plugins, Try going through and enabling them one at a time, to see which one is causing the issues, then maybe contacting the plugin owner and telling him/her of this problem sounds like an epic idea.

Hi there, thanks for the post.. I have tried disabling them and re-enabling one by one and am still receiving the error.

    Any other ideas?

Maybe manually re-uploading the WordPress files, backup first though

The thing is, the website was setup by a third party.. in the process they disabled templates & plugins.. I’m not sure as to what customer work they have done previously. I have managed to switch on the plugins section but am still not able to access the templates.

I’ll try backing up and re-uploading.

    Hey Anthony,

I re-uploaded them, but am still receiving the same errors.

What about the .htaccess file in your web root? try renaming it to htaccess.bak and see if the problems continue.

    Still no difference =/

This is definitely mind boggling… maybe try increasing the memory in php
add the following to your .htaccess

    php_value memory_limit 32M

    or

    php_value memory_limit 64M

I know, not sure whats been done originally.. starting to get frustrating!

    Still nothing =/

Maybe its the error that appears on the pages:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_group() in /home/allsoupr/public_html/user_name/wp-content/themes/allstone/sidebar.php on line 54 also check and see if there are any other index files in the root directory.

Its erroring all over the place.. nope, no other index files in the root either.

I cant think of any other cause… Maybe looking at some error logs will give you a clue?
