I have activated my new theme Elessi and it has been succesfully previewed also but it has not been published, please guide me for that.

It looks like your site is stuck… the CSS for the twentytwentytwo theme is missing (404). Have you tried re-activating twentytwentytwo, then removing and reinstalling the other theme at issue?
If the issue turns out to be with Elissi, you’re using a commercial/premium theme/plugin, so please use their official support channel. We feel they are best equipped to support their products.
