What host are you on? At this point, I would suggest switching.
Tweaking here and there won’t be much of a help if you tried optimizing already.

No @soberbanda I also using Cloudflare CDN and I changed my hosting from SiteGround to Hostinger but it didn’t work at all

I wouldn’t recommend cloudflare CDN especially the free tier. It tends to mess up websites. Nor would I recommend hostinger (had a bad experience with them).

What I am trying to indicate is – With a good enough hosting and CDN, you won’t face many issues. Custom code and plugins to make your website fast should just serve to save a few extra milliseconds, that’s all.
