Website offline – cannot login, set wrong WordPress URL

My website is currently offline and I cannot log into the WordPress dashboard. I accidentally changed the WordPress Address URL setting, which I believe broke my site.

Prior to the issue, my WordPress Address URL matched my Site Address URL. In attempting to edit the WordPress Address URL, I think I changed the wrong setting. This has resulted in my site being offline and me unable to log in to fix the problem.

I have not directly edited any WordPress files myself. I need help either regaining access to fix this URL issue or other suggestions for getting my site back online. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
