website offline

My website is very often offline (can’t find the page). I ask my page hoster what it could be. He said: Your website seems to be running out of PHP memory. Here you will see a PHP warning related to your plugin: ‘wp-power-stats’.

I also regornize when I try to login into my admin and I give 4 or more times the wrong password my page is also for a short time offline. What is wrong and how to solve this.
