Website not working without any error

Hi,

Today when i trying to access my website, the entire website just not working(keep loading until timeout) but did not show any error. And i can’t visit to the admin panel as well.
I update my wordpress to 3.5 yesterday and everything fine during yesterday.
I have no idea how to troubleshoot since it did not display any error. Tried rename the plugin folder still not working.
Any idea?
