Website not working After importing Starter template

  • I was trying build an e-commerce website using starter templates i was having too many issues regarging importing templates but i finally did it but my website is not going live any more…..
    Please help me

    The error is
    Site Refused To Connect

    Same issue,
    after installing plugin “starter template” & activate.
    Can not connect to Dashboard, Themes, …

    Aktuelles Theme: Astra (Version 3.0.2)
    Aktuelles Plugin: Starter Templates (Version 2.5.1)
    PHP-Version 7.2.12

    I am not sure if the issue is related to the plugin. Please refer to this article to fix the issue you are facing.

    And whenever dealing with the plugin to import a Starter Template, please make sure that your system meets the system requirements as mentioned in this doc to run Starter Templates plugin smoothly.
