    Hi. I installed your plugin and turned certain setting like cache and minify. Now, the website is not working at all and when trying to open the website, it takes a very log time and clearly design is gone. Take a look at the screenshot of the website.

    As for admin panel, nothing shows up except loading spinner.

    Please let me know what should be done to get everything running quickly.

    In the first instance, please could you purge the cache in Cache >> Page cache and then temporarily disable minification in Minify >> Minify status. Does the site return to normal?

    When I updated the site via Eliminator on the following staging.clezo.in site, I was getting the (server error 500) when I used the first two options in the database settings. I first ran Optimize database tables, but the problem wasn’t resolved. After running the second option Clean all post revisions, the (server error 500) got resolved, but my site is not working. There is only a Header and Footer visible on the above shared link, which you can view. What should I do to resolve this problem? My technical skills are limited. I need help fixing my website.

    I am sorry to hear of these issues. I have checked the link and the site appears to be displaying correctly. I assume you have disabled the plugin.

    In order to establish a possible cause for the display issues It would be necessary to activate the plugin (ensure you have the latest version) and narrow down the problem by switching on minify first (keep caching off). If the display issue occurs we will likely need to exclude certain files from processing.

    If it does not occur try switching on caching next and test the result. Please let me know the outcome of this initial test if you are able to.

    The wp-optimise plugin has been active, I haven’t disabled it since the time I have installed it.
    I could onlly see header and footer section, Nothing else why is that so?

    Are you able to share a screenshot of the display issue please using something like this? It is often due to the way in which JavaScript and/or CSS files are processed with certain theme and plugin combinations.
