Website not working

HI all – 2 weeks in and I still cant get the website to work properly and I haven’t changed anything – I have spoken with the hosting site and so far deactivated all plug ins, tried different themes and cleared the cache – sometimes in admin mode, but not always I get the nearly correct website layout but usually it is the one you will see on the link – it’s showing only part of the website – I really am stuck as tried everything – hope someone can help – thanks
