Website Not Working

  • I wrote a post last night and published it, but when I went to the site to review it is now now working (getting message that the page is not working). I cannot even get into the WP_Admin page. Sent ticket into WordPress but have not heard back on it. Not sure what happened. Any ideas?

    did you recently upgrade the core and if so did you follow the instructions?

    if you can access your server channel you can rename the plugins folder and that ‘should’ give you access to your site again. if it does let us know and we can move forward from there. obviously let us know if it doesn’t work!

    Finally got a hold of someone at main hosting company. I had no access to backend. He found the culprit (one specific), renamed plugin folder for me, then named it back. It reset all the plugin to deactivate, got rid of the one causing the problem (pdf print), deactivated rest and now works. Thanks for the help. ??
