    I have re-upped files, checked sql, check file write/rewrite, checked .htaccess and running out of ideas… any ideas HELP thanks!!

  • 500 Internal Server Error error is too generic and might have been caused by your server. Or, something that you did might have triggered the error. Have you checked your error logs? Your hosting provider will help you with this if you cannot access the error logs.

    Misconfiguration – check your files, your database connection as well. Look for missing wordpress files or download a new wordpress and update via ftp.
