Sorry to hear about the hassle. Hopefully you were able to resolve. If not please let us know which browser you’re testing with.

    Hi Misplon,

Unfortunately not. I have got the info from a user and now I am waiting for the info – which browser was used.

Thanks for the update. Let us know how you come along. It might be worth clarifying, if you haven’t done so yet, what the user meant when they said the site isn’t visible. Was there a white screen?

    Hi,

It seems that background color without any other design on diff. elements.

Thanks. Do you know browser being used. We’d need to try replicate. To confirm, it’s a Windows phone? Has the client tried anything basic like clearing the browser’s cache etc?

We’ve had a chance to check the site out in Windows Mobile. Everything seems normal on our side. Perhaps some kind of local device issue?

    Hi,

I have checked on a Lumia mobile phone with IE and everything was fine.

I have checked on an other Lumia with newer IE browser version and unfortunately it did not worked. (battery was empty before checking IE version number), so for the time being keep my case in freeze.

    Thanks

For sure, thanks for the feedback. Let us know if you want us to take another look.
