Website Not Updating

Hi there! Been using the Autoptimize plugin on a variety of sites for a while now and love it.

However, we’re running into an issue on one site (elconelectric.com). We put up a notice on the homepage and have been having issues getting it to show. It will show when logged in to WordPress but takes a bit of refreshing to get it to show when not logged in. I don’t believe it’s a browser caching issue because this is happening on multiple devices/browsers.

I disabled the settings on the Autoptimize plugin which did not help. Then I completely removed the plugin and that also did nothing. Even with the plugin completely removed, when I look at the page source, it still has the Autoptimize CSS file included.

It doesn’t appear to be conflicting with any other plugins and we do not have any other caching plugins installed.

Any insight on to why this is happening would be greatly appreciated!
