Website not showing on computer but is on mobile

I need some help on a couple of things. I am new to setting up a website.
1. The website is not showing anything besides a white screen and the menu bar on my computer. It is showing mostly as it should on my mobile device. Why would this be? How can I fix it?
2. My most recent few blog posts are not showing on the home page but they show on the blog page. How do I fix this?
Remember I am new. I appreciate any help you can provide!
