    Hello!

    1. You have this in your robots.txt (https://www.ayurvedajeevanam.com/robots.txt):

    User-agent: *
Disallow: /

    This tells search engines to avoid crawling / indexing your website.

    To completely allow search engines, add this instead: 

    User-agent: *
Disallow:

    You might want to exclude parts of your website, but that depends from site to site and preferences.

    2. If your site is new, it might take some time until search engines crawl and index it. To speed up the process, submit your website on Google Search Console.
