    Hi,

    since today my website (stk-garching.de) has not been showing anything but a grey background. I deactivated all plugins and activated them one by one and the Event Calendar is definitely causing the issues.

    I can access my admin page and edit my entire website but it won’t show anything in the preview or the live page. The plugin is currently deactivated since I need the website to be working 24/7

    All help is welcome (I’m not an expert on this though :))

  • I am having the same issue. Version 6.1.1 seems to have broken our site and all I get is a blue page (using the Avada theme and it’s the same color as our maintenance page).

    I got these PHP errors for both Event Tickets and Event Calendar:

    Error occurs with Event Tickets v5.6.0 and Events Calendar v6.1.1.

    I’m sorry to hear that you’re having this issue. Let me help you with this one.

    It seems the issue started after our plugins were updated from your site. Please try to revert The Events Calendar to 6.0.13.1, and Event Tickets to 5.5.11.1, and see if that helps.

    Once done, please create a staging site (if you have none yet) using the WP Staging plugin, enable debugging, replicate the issue, and see if there’s an error message showing on the page. Looking forward to your reply.
