Website not reflecting CSS changes (Tried ctrl F5)

    Im Trying to do a couple things with my website (GoodOrNah.com) First I would like to change my post title font size, I already tried editing .entry-title { and it didn’t work. Also i would like to lower the padding in my header as well as the padding between my post title and the featured image and the text. i tried editing .site-header { padding with no success. I used to edit CSS on Mybb forums and it was a lot easier. Now these WP CSS files are thousands of lines. Really appreciate your help! thanks.

    Anyone? Please? I even went ahead and just deleted the padding line on .site-header { completely and nothing happened. Tried Ctrl+f5 and nothing. By the way im using twenty fifteen btw.
