Website not opening on android or i-phones

    The Amadeus theme was working well on all devices and then suddenly the site stopped opening up in phones – both android and i-phones. There were no updates of anything when it just stopped opening. I can see the url and tab on the phone screen but site won’t open.

  • There’s no reason for it to stop working all of the sudden. You probably have some plugin that’s causing issues. Think what you installed/updated before it stopped working and disable it to test.

    Yes, Thank you so much. It was an appointment setter plug in that seemed to be causing it. when I uninstalled it and the associated page that held the code – the site came up again on all devices.
    I appreciate your support. Great template.
