Website not loading styles/scripts correctly

Hi

For the past few days I’ve been experiencing issues intermittently with the website not loading correctly.

I’ve uploaded screenshots of what is occurring vs what should be loading, I’ve tried different browsers, different computers and even GTmetrix is fetching the wrong version.

Incorrect version:

Correct version:

Any ideas?
