Website not loading and images

Amazon AWS CDN was installed properly, images in media library though not visible (gray boxes) path is cdn.twxxxx.in/wp-content/uploads/
Its been four hours since activation, however all web pages are missing images.

Is this normal? How long before we can see normal pages? do we need to add any code to WP theme? Please advised.
