• For some reason I can’t get my website to load. I can access the back end but not the front end…

    Any help would be great!

I would load the FTP and rename the theme you are using right now, there might be some setting issue and it would fallback to the default theme.

just did that and couldn’t make anything load still

Any permission issues? Your themes or updates folder could cause some troubles due to lack of server permissions.

Also, disable all of your plugins (if any) to check for external conflict. If you can’t disable them, remove them from FTP from the plugins folder.

I disabled all plugins, nothing, the theme has been working fine for the last 6 months, not changes beside a forum install through wordpress, deleted all those files…

not good, not good at all!

If you have installed something that interferes with the DB or core files, it might have affected your install as well. Since you have admin access, consider exporting your content and cleaning your install (as latest option of course, it could be some small setting now)

Ok I have it loading again, I uploaded a new theme but now I can’t get the images to load up…

Your timthumb script requires a cache directory, not quite sure where is it supposed to be – probably wp-content/ or wp-content/uploads where it needs permissions to be able to create the thumbnails.

I have the correct permissions on the folder but still cant’s get them to connect… it is in the uploads folder

    Ok, I got it now.

From what I can tell, all my files to my theme were deleted? and the files to my images were deleted? Is there some kind of glitch that can happen within wordpress? I haven’t access the ftp side of my website in a couple days…

Any help to avoid this in the future would be great.

    Thanks
