Website Not Loading

Hello everyone, i have a very disturbing issue, i have completed developing my wordpress site and i have uploaded it to the server, my problem is that after i uploaded it a few minutes later i could not access it because of a time out error “The connection has timed out” my internet connection is very fast and other sites are connecting well, so its not an internet connectivity issue, i have talked to my hosting company and they said the website was heavy but i have redesigned it and the size reduced from 121MB to 50MB, so its now lighter and its working well in localhost (Xampp)
Am using Discovery Child theme and several other PLUGINS Like ULTIMATE TABLES, because my site has some tabular data.
My domain is local (.co.ke) a Kenyan domain hosted by Safaricom Company,my domain is https://www.dcl.co.ke
My Cpanel Disk Space is 10GB in Total but even before uploading content 6GB is already in use i think by emails. Am very frustrated and confused.
PLEASE HELP ME GET OUT OF THIS ISSUE.
