website not getting uploaded on mobile

    Hi,

    I had installed the website correctly and it was getting uploaded perfectly on mobile and desktop both.

    However, in the mobile site, the menu was shortened to “Menu” only which I wanted to have as “three horizontal lines”. I checked on one of the forums on WordPress where it was suggested that we can try by deleting all the plugins one by one.

    I tried that which didn’t work and along with that the website is not getting uploaded on mobile.

    Thank you for using Polite and using a support forum for the query. Because of the various request made by the theme users that they got confused because of those three lines.

    Because, we have OffCanvas menus too. If you enable it from Appearance > Customize > Polite Theme Options > Header Settings (https://docs.templatesell.net/polite/#54_Header_Search_and_Off_Canvas
    ) and check the site on the mobile phone it looks the same.

    But, we will consult with the developer’s team and get back to you with some alternative possible solutions.
