When did you register your domain? Recently?

First, it can take anything from 24 – 72 hours for DNS/nameserver records to fully propagate. Second, different networks will update at different times during this period. That is, bear in mind that just because one provider has updated their records, it doesn’t mean that another will

    Hey Torrtuga,

This question is a little vague. Do you have any more details that might be helpful?

Have you installed WordPress before? (ie. are you experienced?)

Do you know what directory you installed WordPress into? (ie. the root web directory, or /blog or you don’t know?)

What is the URL of the website you installed WordPress on?

    Hello torrtuga

If you registered a new domain, it can take about 48 hours to update the nameservers.

Also, did you type that domain into the specific fields in the WP-Backend (or database)?

If so and you didn′t get an error-message, just wait. As your problem occured 6 days ago, it would be nice to update us if it worked.

Make sure your Domain Name Server is properly propagated. Your website must be live if your Domain and Hosting server are synchronised properly!

    Is your website online now?
