Website Not Displaying properly

    Hello,

    I have a WP twenty ten child theme and have been installing and modifying WP E-Commerce Gold Cart over the last few days…

    The problem that occurred today is that my website is not displaying correctly.

    When I am in the WP Admin panel and take a link to view my website either ‘view page’ or clicking on the website name at the top of the admin panel page, it looks fine. If I log out and search for it in Google, and view it, the pages show as a hierarchical list!

    I have cleared my server database and uploaded a backup, plus I restored my public_HTML via filezilla to the same backup date but no joy.

    I am getting an error meassage in W3TC

    ‘It appears Page Cache URL rewriting is not working. If using apache, verify that the server configuration allows .htaccess or if using nginx verify all configuration files are included in the configuration’

    with the same message for Minify.

    ANY help greatly appreciated as I am now lost!!!

    Have sorted this, well rescued my site anyway. For anyone else having the same problem – deactivate W3 Total Cache!

    I went to look at their website and they have the same problem in that the W3TC website displays incorrectly e.g. in a hierarchical list.

    I’ve read many articles about switching off Minify and other Page Cache changes – none work. When I switched the plugin off, all is well with my site.

    I look forward to seeing W3TC sort out their gremlins but in the mean time I’ll look for another.
