    Hi,

I’ve recently visited our website and noticed that the homepage slider was not showing and some of the formatting was off, when I looked into the inspector on Safari I’ve noticed that the issue is because a lot of the css is failing to load due to 404.

If I clear the cache on Litespeed this solves the problem and the errors go and the website looks fine temporarily however later in the day it comes back.

I’ve attached pictures of the Safari inspector showing the issues.

I have recently turned on the Object Cache which was what I thought caused the problem as it started around the same time so I’ve disabled this and cleared the cache however the issue is persistent.

    Any advice would be appreciated!

I’m using the latest version of your plugin and WordPress / WooCommerce.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

I have emailed you to open a ticket.

I have now had to disable the LiteSpeed plugin on our website as it was causing issues with our pages loading properly.

With the LiteSpeed Plugin disabled our website has gone back to normal however we would obviously prefer caching enabled so we will await your reply to our email ticket.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

thanks , one of our developers will follow up on your case via mail

    Best regards,

We are also experiencing the same problem. If we manually purge cache, all is fine. Then after some time, not sure when or why it happens, the site gets messed up again. We are an agency and have many sites this is happening to. Very frustrating and time consuming. We do have automatic updates enabled and were wondering if lscache is not purging after plugin, theme or core updates since there seems to be a plugin or core update everyday. Example: I just went to (2) of our websites we fixed yesterday because this morning we were notified they had a couple of plugins updated. The sites are now messed up again. I logged in again and manually purged cache again, now all good.
On another note, I seem to remember this happening before the 5.3 update on a few of the websites so I wonder how many versions back this was happening on.

Same issue here, does not seem to be clearing cache after auto updates.
I have added this hook: upgrader_process_complete
under Cache / Purge / Purge All Hooks

Will wait and see if it fixes it.

From what I can see the issue is it looks for the combined CSS and JS cache files under: /wp-content/litespeed/css/ and /wp-content/litespeed/js/ and the files do not exist.
