I am using theme Hello Elementor. I have checked various Safari, Chrome and Firefox – on my MAC – and the site seems ok. I checked it on a Windows machine and it looks awful. The Menu is wrong … and lots more. I could upload screen shots but cannot fond than option.

  • What’s your site address? It’s impossible to help without being able to check the site.

I could upload screen shots but cannot fond than option.

Upload to https://snipboard.io/ and share the link here.

But for styling issues, we’ll most likely need to check out the live site to be able to help.

I checked your website on an actual Windows computer (instead of a headless PC browser as used by these automated testing tools), and also on a Linux PC and on a Mac…. and I didn’t see any major differences.

Below is a full-page screenshot from Windows. Note that on my actual PC, the background image was present throughout the page as I scrolled from top to bottom. The screenshot tool I used was not able to grab the background image beyond the initial fixed position before the parallax effect kicked in… that’s why you see the white background after some point.

Thank you very much for your time.

I also tried it via Parallels/Windows10/Edge and everything seemed okay.

    But, my daughter sent this:

Where the menu is all wrong on the Contact page …

The contact page looks fine on my Windows computer as well.

It’s likely something on your daughter’s computer (or network) is blocking the site’s CSS/JavaScript from loading, thereby breaking the layout and style.

Thanks again. I have marked the item – resolved
