If I log to wordpress.com to check info about my website it says This site cannot be accessed.

On the site health check report from the website, it says

A healthy connection ensures Jetpack essential services are provided to your WordPress site, such as Stats and Site Security.

Error The Groove Cartel is not connected.: 200

This is not true as I disconnected and connected correctly my website to jetpack and it’s easily accessible as, for instance, statistics work

    Hi @nicocaldo

There is an issue with the Jetpack connection to your site, probably involving CloudFlare. Your stats and certain other features may continue to work even if there is a problem with the overall connection.

    If you go to:

    https://thegroovecartel.com/xmlrpc.php

You’ll see an 520 error page with Cloudflare. Also on that page are some instructions for getting the error resolved.

Can you get that resolved and then try to connect Jetpack again?

Oh if jetpack needs xmlrpc.php to work I think I’ve blocked access to it for security reasons.

Can you confirm jetpack needs the actual PHP page to connect?

    Hey @nicocaldo,

That’s correct, we need access to xmlrpc.php.

https://thegroovecartel.com/xmlrpc.php should simply say, “XML-RPC server accepts POST requests only.” on a completely white screen, with the text left-justified in the top corner of the screen.

You can see a working example here: https://jetpack.com/xmlrpc.php
