Website needs to be fixed https://www.roleplaybox.com

  • I really could use some help with my website https://www.roleplaybox.com which is down and shows errors and unable to log into the website. I am writing for a friend who is admin of the website. We are unable to log into the website How do we fix this:

    I have left out that my friend who is admin of the website she has https://www.roleplaybox.com has submitted a ticket on this but this has not been fixed. Please help.

    Hi,
    I checked your website by now and I couldn’t see these warnings, but if you still can’t access the login page, I suggest using any FTP client (like FileZilla for example), connect to your website and rename or delete “wordfence and iflychat” directories at (/wp-content/plugins/), this should regain access to your login page.

    After that, please re-install both plugins again and activate Wordfence only and let me know if further warnings still appears.
