Website needed in various languages

Hi,

I have a brief to create a website which will be in English, Russian, Greek and possibly Hindi. I’m wondering what the best plan of action is, separate sites, multisite? The CMS can all be in English i just want the users to be able to select between languages in a dropdown menu at the top of the site somewhere. I’m planning on purchasing a theme from themeforest to start with. I’ve never created a site in these languages before but they look like they might be more challenging! I’m not sure how it all works with a multi lingual site, i’d imagine all the page structure will be exactly the same, just with the content in different languages.

I’ve had a look at various options for plugins but i’m a bit lost, if anyone can offer any advice i’d be extremely grateful. I don’t want to get half way in and make a hash of it all!
