Website Meltdown?
-
We’ve been having some incredibly strange problems with our website for the past few weeks. I’ve sought advice from wiser sources than I, but to no avail. So I’m turning to you out there in the Forum! Please help!
First of all, this is our website: https://sichange.org/
Second of all, although we have a number of users, only about three of them are active, one of whom is me. The problems were originally brought to my attention when one of our three active users said that she was having trouble including images in her blog posts. The image would seemingly load in WordPress and then would not show up in the post. Upon investigation, I discovered the same problem (circumvented by loading images onto Flickr and then embedding the HTML code), plus a few more.
I have since been unable to edit any of our Pages without either screwing up the overall format (sidebar widgets for the Donate Now, Apply Now and Sign up Now buttons using PHP Code move from the right hand side of the page to the bottom of the page), or without having the text cut off after a certain (random) point. I am also unable to Preview any changes. The Preview page takes forever to load and when it finally does it takes me to a WordPress Failure Notice that says:
Are you sure you want to do this?
Please try again.
Other widgets were giving us some problems (Quote Rotator stopped working and said :can’t find quotes! on homepage & all of our Categories disappeared, which deactivated our Categories scroll thing) however we have since been able to solve those issues.
I’m mostly concerned about our inability to Blog properly or edit Pages – Please Help!
Any assistance or advice would be much appreciated – thank you ??
