Although the issue does sound like like you’ve been hacked, a sucuri site scan reports that this page is clean of any malware or malicious links.

When I visit the “news updates” page I can see the issue, but also notice that this site seems to be hosted at wordpress.com. If this is the case then you need to look for support in the wordpress.com forum and not here. For future reference, www.remarpro.com is for self-hosted sites only. Good luck!
