Website looks different over Mozilla and all other browsers after using VE

Hello,

I had used Visual Builder to reshape my front page. But it looks differently in different browsers. Over Mozilla (this is my permanent browser and changes had been made using it) it looks fine. But over Chrome and IE one of the panels ( “Избери категория” – “Choose category”) is somehow “doubled”.
In the back panel everything is ok.

Any ideas how to fix it?
Can it be just some kind of “delay” or “lag” , and the other browsers will receive the changes later?
