Website logo no showing on login page

Did you installed the Frontend Dashboard Template and changed the template to Template 1 ?

Yes, I have done this.

Its hows properly on the dashboard page, but not on the login or register pages. There is no logo showing.

im also having an issue uploading any files such as a profile picture from the front end.

It says logo_logo_Wipers_New_Logo.png

Can you please go to WP Admin | Frontend Dashboard | Frontend Dashboard | User | User Upload Permission and check whether you have allowed to upload the image in Frontend Dashboard.
