Website logo conflict with popup

I created a menu that displays in a popup. This menu is displayed when the user clicks on a button in the header.
To be precise, my header is composed of a logo on the left and a “hamburger menu” button on the right.
The problem encountered is as follows: when I click on the logo which serves as a link to return to the home page, it triggers the popup which is displayed briefly before disappearing.

Any idea how to solve this? (preventing the popup to appears when clicking the logo)
