Website login not working, Website Features Glitching

    Hello!

    Our website login will not work. We have attempted to change the login password and the reset link also does not work. We also have attempted to view the website front-end page and our various widgets and text appear to be glitching. Because we cannot get into the back-end we are unable to search for resolutions.

    Are there any next steps to resolve these issues?

    Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

    If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

    Thank you! We ended up turning our server on and off then our issue was resolved!
