Website login intregration with bbpress and wp job manager

Hello everyone.

I have a question in regards to my website. I am not a web designer/developer but i am in the process of building my own website using a premium theme from themeforest.

My website is an online magazine of sorts which gives readers the opportunity to view articles, posting of/applying for jobs, forum usage.

My question is, how do i give all users the ability to have a single global login so they can use all features mentioned above without having logins for each of the above features?

My site should consist of subscribers who will view content and add comments to posts and employers who would also be able to view content and have the ability to post jobs using the wpjobmanager plugin.

Any help/pointers would be greatly appreciated.
