Website loads forever

First of all, I love the plugin! Thanks for making it!

However, I keep running into one major issue. Whenever I visit my website (https://temp2017.heavensbest.com/) with the Chrome Browser, it spins forever, even though it finished loading ages ago.

I did some reading online and someone suggested this might be because Chrome is expecting more data than it actually got, so it never thinks the page is fully loaded.

Stranger still, it doesn’t do it on every computer (let me know if you see it). It happens every time on my computer (or my boss’s computer) load the page in Chrome. Other browsers behave as expected. But some computers don’t see the perceptual spinning.

For what it’s worth, I have also installed a plugin called “Super Progressive Web Apps”, but disabling that plugin doesn’t solve the issue. However, when I disable “PageSpeed Ninja” the website loads just fine (no perpetually spinning icon).

I’ve tried refreshing and hard-refreshing. Same result no matter what.
