Website Loading Slowly

Hi, thanks for the great plugin.

It does what I’m needing for the most part however I’ve found that when the plugin is enabled, the load times for the entire site increase significantly. For example, with no plugins installed and a base theme, the site takes approximately 2 seconds to load. With this plugin activated it takes consistently anywhere from 7 to 10 seconds. With all other plugins installed and the Divi theme, it takes approximately 4-5 seconds. With this plugin activated as well, it takes consistently anywhere from 14-18 seconds. It appears to be specifically related to TTFB.

Is there anything that could be causing this or anything that could be done to optimise the plugin? Perhaps a server configuration?
