Website loading slow

Hi all,

Im having problems with my site loading slow

Ive deleted all unused image in library
Used WP DB cleaner

Im trying to get my DigitalTrust badge for my site https://getdigitaltrust.com/what-is-digital-trust/

But my score is Overall Trust Score 81 its saying its taking longer than 3 seconds to load and suggests
