I have checked the source code of website https://www.ecoat.com.au/ . Its clean. Why is it still marked as suspicious?

Thank you for the update.

It was marked as suspicious because it was previously marked as malicious. A suspicious domain name will not be flagged in a scan. We have since marked it as benign after taking a good look at the site.

I am managing https://www.ecoat.com.au/ and it had wordfence from few years, why it was not showing in its scan results.
