Website links to to wrong urls on Mobile device

Hi all. I really need help. I have only just noticed this.

My wp website works fine. But, on mobile device when i click on image links, they link to an incorrect page. Only on mobile device. I have checked links internally and they are correct and work on desktop. So i am losing customers because when they click on a specific category on mobile it sometimes takes them there but the next time it directs elsewhere depending where you click on the image. I have no clue why.

Also, I only use plug ins. I have no coding knowledge. I have no access to ftp files so i really need some one who can help me.
