Website layout and links messed up

Hi there,

I hope someone can help me out or give me some advice.
There were some errors on the server, so at the end i needed to place a backup back on FTP, but now the whole website is a mess and not working correctly anymore.
This is the website: site.
Things i already tried:1 removing the theme and installing theme again, 2 overwriting with fresh wordpress version, 3 turning of all htaccess files i could find and setting permalinks to standard. Until now i did not find any solutions, hope someone can help:(:( already working on this for 2 days and scared that i will not get it fixed any more:(
