Website keeps switching back and forth from normal to deleted posts and plugins

Hello, my website keeps switching back and forth for some odd reason. I just got new hosting with godaddy but they said that’s not a problem in their end. People are seeing a version of the site(posts) with many posts missing, and some are seeing the version of the site that is normal (the way it should be)
Im not sure if this is some type of ‘virus’. I do not mess with css files at all. Maybe a plugin is causing this? Help!
