Website keeps loading at Checkout page

    I am facing a problem with my frontpage when someone tries to procced to a new order it keeps showing the loading icon just for ever..

    That started 2 days ago where I received a “weird” email that an account with the email [email protected] was created and just after that I received an email from WordPress that there is an issue on the page with the following error:

    Here are my page details:

    WordPress version 6.2.2
    Active theme: Woodmart Child (version 1.0.0)
    Current plugin: WooCommerce (version 7.4.1)
    PHP version 8.0.28


    Any ideas / help on that?

  • The error message reported points to the “WoodMart Core” plugin. This plugin comes with the WoodMart theme you’re using.

    As the WoodMart theme and the bundled WoodMart Core plugin are both commercial products, we’re unfortunately unable to install these add-ons to dig further into the issue for you.

    Please get in touch with the vendor you purchased the theme from for help. They built and sold the theme, and they should be in the best position to help you fix the problem with the product you purchased from them.

    Well, it seems that the problem it not related to the Woodmart plugin, I contacted the support team and they clarified me that.
    Cause even after updating the WoodMart Core plugin?it still keeps loading forever.
    Also, the “same” problem appears at the backend where all the variations of the attributes created have been disappeared and even when I am trying to add a new variation, after I save the changes it keeps loading forever, too.
